Eloise Stager, LMT
founded Spiral Touch Therapies in January 2007 and endeavors to make it an integral part of the fabulous Sherman community by offering excellent services and skills for those with chronic pain, anxiety, stress, and injury. She holds a Biology degree from LIU-Southampton and licensure with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB); MD Department of Mental Health and Hygiene; and the CT Department of Public Health. In addition, she is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Although a Licensed Massage Therapist, Eloise's specialty lies in the field of CranioSacral Therapy, a very gentle osteopathic technique designed to restore balance and function to the Nervous System. Each session of massage or cranisacral is tailored to the individual needs of the client and techniques are often combined to allow for the best results. She has taken a particular interest in the benefits of craniosacral therapy for childhood disorders such as Sensory Integreation Disorder, ADD/ADHD, sleep disturbances, headaches, anxiety, fear and school troubles.

A Sherman native, Eloise married her husband, Mike, in 1993 at Holy Trinity in Sherman and moved to TX where she had two of her three children. Her family moved to MD in 1997 where Eloise had her third child and began her career as a Professional Doula and Massage Therapist. In August of 2006 she brought her family back to Sherman. You can see them regularly at the soccer fields in the Fall and Spring, on the ski slopes in the Winter, and on the
lake in the Summer. Please feel free to say hello and ask any questions when you see her around town!
