CranioSacral Therapy is a very gentle bodywork method that focuses on stimulating and recalibrating the movement of the cerebral spinal fluid of the Central Nervous System, thereby affecting all other systems in the body. It is especially effective for treating physical and emotional trauma. The craniosacral system is comprised of membranes and cerebral spinal fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord all the way down to the tip of the tailbone. Therapeutic Massage is a gentle, yet effective form of bodywork which is often thorough and focused in a specific area of bodily tension. Long, relaxing strokes are combined with kneading and percussive-like movements to fully relax the muscle. Once relaxed, deeper tissue work is often initiated.
